Lots of exercise!

In our mission to get Spongebob healthy we have been looking today at what effect exercise has on our body!

We did 4 different kinds of exercise: star jumps, push ups, tip toeing and sprinting!

We came up with list of reason why we should exercise and what might happen if we don’t!
