How to help Spongebob stay Calm and Relaxed!

Today Spongebob sent us a photo of himself. This is how he looked:

We thought of lots of excellent words to describe Spongebob like: Sad, stressed, unhappy and angry. (Why not leave a comment with what you think?)

We then decided to spend this week learning different ways to relax and to start we watched a DVD of Relaxacise! This is a way of doing exercise to relax! Here is a video of us having a go!:
